Experienced Architect – Lead Design Projects

About the role

We are seeking two experienced architects (2‑5 years of professional experience) to join our full‑service firm. You will lead design teams, oversee the full design process, and deliver high‑quality architectural solutions for exclusive residential and commercial projects.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a multidisciplinary team through Pre‑Design, Schematic Design, Design Development, and Construction Documentation.
• Create and visualise stunning stills and animations for high‑visibility projects.
• Coordinate with structural, mechanical, and electrical engineers as required.
• Maintain client communication to ensure project requirements are met on time.
• Mentor junior architects, helping them refine design skills and industry knowledge.
• Network and consult with various industry professionals.

Required profile

• BArch, MArch or equivalent degree.
• 2‑5 years of architectural experience with a strong portfolio.
• Ability to deliver high‑quality work under pressure and tight deadlines.
• Passion for architectural storytelling and both creative and technical expertise.
