Architectural Team Lead

About the role

AEM Consultancy is looking for an experienced Team Leader to join its growing team. The role supports project delivery, coordinates between team members and disciplines, follows up on tasks and helps maintain quality, timelines and communication across ongoing projects.

Key responsibilities

• Lead design teams, delegate tasks and manage workloads and resources
• Plan projects, set deliverable schedules and manage deadlines
• Review design deliverables for technical accuracy, consistency and compliance with project requirements
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and monitor overall project progress

Required profile

• 3-5 years of experience
• Strong architectural background with experience managing multiple projects at once
• Ability to lead design teams and manage workloads and resources
• Strong QA/QC capability across all design submissions
• Very good spoken and written English
