Experienced Hire Recruiter – Consulting (Amman & Cairo)

About the role

As a valued member of EY’s MENA Experienced Hire Recruitment team, you will deliver a best‑in‑class hiring experience and support the growth of one or more business units. You will act as a strategic partner to stakeholders, advising on sourcing strategies and shaping recruitment approaches to attract top talent across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process for assigned business areas, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.
• Provide strategic talent advice with market intelligence, compensation trends, and candidate expectations.
• Develop targeted recruitment plans, innovative sourcing strategies, and high‑quality candidate pipelines for generalist and specialist roles.
• Leverage data, analytics, and EY’s AI‑enabled recruitment tools to refine strategies and support data‑driven decisions.
• Build and maintain relationships with external agencies, talent networks, and professional communities.
• Support initiatives such as referral programs, talent pooling, and proactive pipelining.

Required profile

• Approximately 3+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in professional services.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholders effectively with strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Strategic and analytical mindset, using data and market insights to guide recruitment decisions.
• Experience coaching or supporting junior recruiters and contributing to team capability building.
