Human Resources Officer

About the role

Key Jordan is looking for a dynamic and detail‑oriented Human Resources Officer to work in an outsourced capacity, supporting multiple client organisations across Jordan. The role will manage core HR functions, ensure compliance with local labour laws, and deliver a high‑quality employee experience.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary HR contact for assigned clients, overseeing day‑to‑day HR operations and service quality.
• Execute the full HR lifecycle, including onboarding, employee relations, performance support and off‑boarding.
• Coordinate and validate payroll, guaranteeing accuracy and compliance with policies and labour legislation.
• Maintain and optimise HRIS systems, ensuring data integrity, reporting and process efficiency.
• Lead recruitment activities such as sourcing, screening and coordinating with hiring managers.
• Develop, review and implement HR policies, procedures and internal regulations.
• Prepare and analyse HR reports and dashboards (headcount, turnover, attendance, etc.).
• Support performance management processes and participate in HR projects and process‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Maximum 2 years of experience in HR.
• Strong knowledge of payroll processes, HR systems, recruitment & onboarding, policies & procedures and employee/customer experience.
• Excellent command of English (spoken & written).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, client‑facing environment.
• Willingness to travel to client locations.
• Open to female candidates only.
