Training Manager

About the role

The Training Manager drives the company’s values and philosophy by linking all training and development activities to the organization’s mission and vision. Working with property leadership, the role identifies employee and organizational development needs and ensures effective training programs are delivered.

Key responsibilities

• Administer employee training programs, promote them, and use effective methods to build guest‑service excellence.
• Evaluate training effectiveness by monitoring enrollment, attendance, participant progress, and business performance indicators.
• Develop training plans and budgets, align programs with the brand’s standards, and address performance gaps.
• Manage the training budget in coordination with HR and property financial goals.
• Partner with operational leaders to assess skill transfer and ensure employees demonstrate technical and leadership competencies.
• Incorporate adult‑learning principles into all training design and delivery.

Required profile

• 2‑year degree in Human Resources, Hospitality, Business Administration or related field plus at least 2 years of HR or related experience, and a trainer certification.
• 4‑year bachelor’s degree in the same fields with trainer certification; no prior work experience required.
