Learning & Employee Experience Senior Manager

About the role

The Senior Manager will shape the employee experience and organisational culture at KHCF through targeted training and capacity‑building initiatives. This role champions a people‑centred environment, supporting psychological wellbeing and fostering an inclusive, values‑aligned workplace from onboarding through retention.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver structured learning and development pathways, including competency‑based training, knowledge sharing, mentorship, succession planning, internships and career initiatives.
• Strengthen employee skills and psychological wellbeing through tailored programmes.
• Drive employee engagement and reinforce KHCF’s culture and employer branding.
• Act as a culture champion, ensuring a consistent, high‑performance environment.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align learning initiatives with strategic objectives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Public Relations, Industrial Engineering, Administrative Studies or a related field.
• Minimum 12 years of relevant experience in designing and delivering training, capacity‑building programmes, employee wellbeing and organisational culture initiatives.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor teams in a multicultural environment.
