نبذة عن الوظيفة

نبحث عن خبير دعم الطعام والشراب لتقديم خدمات متميزة وضمان سير عمليات الضيافة بسلاسة في فندق ريتز كارلتون بعمان.

المهام الرئيسية

إعداد الطاولات وتزويدها بالمستلزمات.
مساعدة فريق المطبخ في تحضير وتقديم الطعام.
تنظيف مناطق العمل وإعادة تعبئة الإمدادات.
التأكد من تطبيق معايير الجودة والسلامة في جميع الأوقات.

الملف المطلوب

شهادة الثانوية العامة أو ما يعادلها.
لا يشترط خبرة سابقة، ويفضل وجود تجربة سابقة في بيئة طعام وشراب.
القدرة على الوقوف والتحرك لفترات طويلة والعمل على أسطح غير مستوية.
القدرة على رفع أوزان تصل إلى 25 رطل دون مساعدة أو 50 رطل مع مساعدة.

المهارات المطلوبة

الالتزام بسياسات وإجراءات الشركة.
القدرة على التواصل بشكل مهني ومظهر شخصي مناسب.
