About the role

Marriott International’s Voyage program is a full‑time, paid leadership development experience for recent graduates. Participants rotate through hotel disciplines, focusing on room operations, to build real‑world management skills.

Key responsibilities

Engage with guests to cultivate strong customer relationships.
Support innovation initiatives and contribute ideas to improve hotel processes.
Assist in managing projects and people across the room operations area.
Participate in special projects and a Voyage‑specific project that applies your training.

Required profile

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (Associates acceptable for Culinary) earned within the last two years.
Superior critical‑thinking and interpersonal communication abilities.
Self‑starter attitude with a strong desire for personal and professional growth.
Ability to work collaboratively and foster relationships.
Right to work in Jordan (or visa provided for UAE).
