About the role
Join Marriott's luxury spa team to deliver professional massage and body treatment services to guests. You will ensure a safe, comfortable experience while promoting the spa’s offerings.
Key responsibilities
- Provide massage services and body treatments such as scrubs, wraps, and hydrotherapy.
- Assess guest needs, inquire about contraindications, and maintain guest safety throughout the session.
- Promote and sell spa services and retail products.
- Maintain cleanliness, sterilize tools, and keep the treatment area organized.
- Handle inappropriate guest behavior according to Marriott SOPs and report any safety concerns.
Required profile
- Technical, trade or vocational school degree.
- At least 1 year of related work experience.
- State or regional massage license as required by local regulations.
Required skills
- Valid massage license.
- Proficiency in current massage techniques and modalities.
