Finance & Accounting Officer

About the role

iCASH is seeking a Finance & Accounting Officer to join its fast‑moving fintech team in Amman. You will support daily financial operations, ensure accurate record‑keeping, and help the company scale its payment services.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records and prepare regular financial reports.
• Perform reconciliations with service providers, partners, merchants and internal systems.
• Follow up on payments, settlements, commissions, salaries, vendor payments and company expenses.
• Support budgeting, cash‑flow tracking and basic financial analysis.
• Document transactions and ensure compliance with internal financial procedures and policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field.
• Born between 2000 and 2005.
• 0–2 years of experience in accounting, finance or financial operations.
• Strong knowledge of finance and accounting principles.
• Familiarity with accounting/financial software.
• Excellent analytical skills, high attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced startup environment.
• Proactive, flexible and able to manage multiple priorities.
