About the role
Hikma Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Specialist in Financial Planning & Analysis for its Shared Services Centre in Amman. You will support budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting while collaborating with department heads to drive data‑driven decisions.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in the development of annual budgets and periodic forecasts, gathering input from department heads.
- Analyze budget variances, provide explanations and support management review.
- Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, risks and opportunities, and present findings to senior leadership.
- Build and maintain financial models to evaluate the impact of various scenarios and initiatives.
- Generate regular financial reports, dashboards and visualisations, ensuring data accuracy and reliability.
Required profile
- BA degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field (CMA preferred).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in FP&A, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Experience with SAP is an advantage.
Required skills
- Advanced Excel.
- Power BI.
- English communication skills.
