Investor Relations Specialist

About the role

The Investor Relations Specialist serves as the operational backbone of the IR function, ensuring that all investor‑facing materials are accurate, consistent, and delivered on time. You will work closely with Finance, Legal, Executive Management and external advisors to coordinate fundraising, due‑diligence and board reporting activities.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate all Investor Relations activities, including investor meetings, roadshows, conferences and management presentations.
• Manage investor request logs, data rooms, CRM systems, fundraising trackers and shareholder records.
• Support fundraising by aligning internal and external stakeholders and maintaining virtual data rooms.
• Collect and validate financial, operational and business information for due‑diligence and board deliverables.
• Review reports, presentations and schedules for completeness, consistency, accuracy and quality before distribution.
• Ensure investor‑facing materials follow approved messaging, reporting standards and governance procedures.
• Track action items from board and shareholder meetings and maintain governance archives.
• Monitor industry, competitor and capital‑market developments and compile market intelligence.

Required profile

• 3‑4 years of experience in Investor Relations, Corporate Finance, PMO, Audit, FP&A, or a similar coordination‑intensive role.
• Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams under tight deadlines with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent stakeholder‑management and follow‑up skills, with the capacity to identify data‑quality issues.
• Professional communication skills for executive‑level interaction.
