About the role

Rotana is offering a Food & Beverage internship for students who want to gain practical experience in the hospitality industry. The placement lasts a minimum of three months and can extend up to six months, providing a comprehensive learning environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist daily operations across Food & Beverage outlets.
• Participate in departmental training sessions and development programmes.
• Support the Learning and Development department and the Departmental Training Coordinator with on‑the‑job coaching.
• Collaborate with a multicultural team to deliver high‑quality service.

Required profile

• Enrolled in a recognised Hotel Management School or university.
• Strong passion for the hospitality sector.
• Fluent in written and spoken English with a professional personal presentation.
• Ability to work in a multicultural environment and demonstrate high interpersonal skills.
