About the role

Join Toloka as a freelance AI Trainer and Data Annotator, helping cutting‑edge AI models understand real‑world content. You will work remotely on a project‑by‑project basis, reviewing text, images, or video data and providing high‑quality labels that improve AI performance.

Key responsibilities

• Carefully review provided data (text, images, or videos) and assign labels or classifications according to detailed guidelines.
• Identify and flag factually incorrect, sensitive, inappropriate, or unclear material.
• Participate in various annotation projects such as rating AI‑generated content, evaluating factual accuracy, or comparing model responses.
• Follow project‑specific compensation structures, with rates up to $17 per hour.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Minimum of one year of professional experience.
• Advanced English proficiency (C1 or higher), both written and spoken.
• Strong logical thinking, fact‑checking, and reasoning abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow complex instructions.
• Genuine interest in technology and artificial intelligence.
