Technical Integration Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a Technical Integration Analyst to join our IT Department. The role is to design and implement system integration solutions, analyzing business requirements, integration solution architectures, and ensuring seamless integration between multiple systems.

Key responsibilities

• Work closely with business analysts and teams to understand business requirements and develop technical specifications and documentation.
• Act as a bridge between business and IT, translating functional needs into technical solutions.
• Perform system analysis, data mapping, and maintain technical documentation such as interface specifications, procedures, and data flow diagrams.
• Identify and analyze system dependencies, design and document requirements, and assess impact on existing solutions.
• Conduct integration testing of APIs and related systems to verify functional requirements.
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve integration issues to maintain system stability and performance.

Required profile

• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a solid understanding of API design and RESTful services.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of proven experience in system analysis and integration of diverse technology systems.
• Ability to balance functional and technical requirements and communicate effectively with both business and IT stakeholders.
