About the role
Al Sakha Medical Group is looking for an experienced General Practitioner to join its Home Care team, delivering comprehensive medical care directly in patients’ homes. The role focuses on providing high‑quality, patient‑centered services to improve quality of life.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct home visits and provide comprehensive medical assessments.
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions.
- Develop and follow individualized care plans.
- Coordinate with nursing and multidisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care.
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation.
Required profile
- Minimum 15 years of clinical experience as a General Practitioner.
- Strong commitment to high‑quality, patient‑centered care.
- Experience in home healthcare and patient management (preferred).
- Excellent communication and ability to work independently or within a multidisciplinary team.
