Graphic Designer – Automotive Brand Visuals

About the role

Al Bustanji Motors, part of the Bustanji Group, is seeking a creative and detail‑oriented Graphic Designer to shape the visual identity of its automotive brands. You will produce high‑quality designs for digital platforms, social media, campaigns, events, showroom materials, and print production while maintaining brand consistency.

Key responsibilities

• Create visual designs for social media, digital campaigns, advertisements, brochures, flyers, banners, showroom materials, and events.
• Develop creative concepts and visual directions for marketing campaigns, vehicle launches, offers, and brand activations.
• Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines, tone, and visual identity.
• Prepare final artwork for digital use, printing, production, outdoor advertising, and showroom branding.
• Design materials for test‑drive events, promotions, launches, and showroom activities.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and brand teams to understand briefs and deliver designs that support business objectives.
• Manage multiple design tasks while maintaining quality, accuracy, and deadlines.
• Support photo editing, basic motion graphics, and video‑related design requirements when needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of graphic design experience, preferably in an agency, automotive, retail, luxury, or fast‑paced marketing environment.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating digital, social media, campaign, branding, and print design work.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
• Familiarity with AI‑assisted design tools and their practical use.
• Photo editing capabilities.
• Basic motion graphics skills.
