Graphic Designer

About the role

ACES, a leading specialized engineering company in the Middle East offering site and geotechnical investigations, materials testing, surveying and environmental testing, is looking for a Graphic Designer to join its Corporate Head Office in Amman. The role creates visual, digital and print materials that support the company's brand identity, marketing campaigns, corporate communications and business development, translating marketing and technical content into consistent, high-quality creative output.

Key responsibilities

• Design logos, illustrations, layouts and brand elements, and develop templates for presentations, reports, proposals and corporate documents
• Apply brand guidelines consistently across stationery, signage, promotional items, brochures, flyers, case studies, newsletters and proposal covers
• Work with copywriters and the Marketing & Communication team, incorporating feedback through several revisions
• Create graphics, banners and digital assets for the corporate website, social media and email marketing, and support motion graphics, short videos and animations
• Produce infographics, presentation decks and reports for executive management, and visual materials for exhibitions and events
• Support business development with tailored visuals for client presentations and tenders
• Prepare production-ready files and coordinate with printers and vendors, and archive design assets

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communication, multimedia design or a related field
• 2-4 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a corporate, agency, engineering, consulting or B2B setting
• A strong portfolio showing brand, digital and print design capability

• Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects)
• Typography, color theory and layout
• Digital design for web and social media, basic motion graphics and video editing
• Microsoft Office applications
