Graphic Designer (On-site, Amman)

About the role

Arise Edge is seeking a full‑time Graphic Designer to work on‑site in Amman. You will join a digital services agency that blends creative design with marketing intelligence to deliver high‑impact visual solutions for clients.

Key responsibilities

• Create high‑impact visuals for digital campaigns, social media, and branding.
• Design logos, brand identities, and various marketing materials.
• Maintain strong typography, layout, and visual consistency across all projects.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing team to align design with strategy and performance goals.
• Follow brand guidelines while contributing fresh creative ideas.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and campaign ideation.
• Utilise modern, AI‑powered design tools to enhance creativity and efficiency.

Required profile

• Strong proficiency with graphic design software (Adobe Suite or equivalent).
• Proven experience in branding, logo design, and visual identity.
• Solid understanding of typography, layout, and composition.
• Experience using AI tools such as Midjourney, DALL·E, or Adobe AI tools.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Good communication skills and teamwork orientation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• Knowledge of digital marketing or web‑design principles is a plus.
