Key responsibilities

• Maintain the appearance and cleanliness of the health club, guest rooms, and public spaces.
• Respond promptly to guest requests, delivering items and information as needed.
• Stock and organize cleaning carts, supplies, and amenities.
• Follow safety procedures, company policies, and confidentiality standards.
• Uphold professional uniform standards and personal presentation.

Required profile

• Ability to stand, walk, and move for extended periods.
• Physical capability to lift, carry, push, pull, or place objects up to 50 lb without assistance.
• Commitment to a safe workplace and high quality standards.
• Team‑oriented mindset with a focus on guest satisfaction.
