Housekeeping Attendant

About the role

We are looking for a diligent Housekeeping Attendant to ensure our guests enjoy a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining guest rooms, bathrooms and public areas to the highest standards of hygiene and presentation.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and tidy guest rooms, bathrooms and common areas, including vacuuming, dusting and mopping floors.
• Change bed linens, replace towels and restock amenities such as toiletries and minibar items.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate department promptly.
• Assist guests with requests or inquiries, providing courteous and helpful service.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a similar housekeeping role.
• Strong attention to detail and thoroughness in cleaning tasks.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
• Physical stamina to stand, bend and lift throughout the shift.
• Knowledge of and adherence to safety guidelines and procedures.
