Job description
Key responsibilities
- Clean and service guest rooms according to IHG standards and procedures.
- Replenish guest amenities, linens, and supplies.
- Report maintenance issues, lost and found items, and room discrepancies.
- Handle guest requests promptly and professionally.
- Follow hygiene, safety, and security procedures.
- Respect guest privacy and maintain confidentiality.
- Support the Housekeeping team to ensure guest satisfaction.
Required profile
- Previous housekeeping experience is an advantage.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness.
- Ability to work flexible shifts and perform physical tasks.
