HR Development Manager

About the role

The Human Resources Development Manager will lead learning and organizational development initiatives for a pharmaceutical manufacturing company, ensuring the workforce is capable, engaged, and aligned with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a corporate Learning & Development strategy aligned with short‑ and long‑term goals.
• Design, deliver, and evaluate training programs covering technical, behavioral, and leadership competencies.
• Conduct training needs analyses with department heads and implement e‑learning frameworks.
• Lead organizational design reviews, maintain job architecture, and optimize structures across business units.
• Collaborate on succession planning using competency‑based assessments and 9‑box grids.
• Design and continuously improve performance management systems linking KPIs to strategic outcomes.
• Facilitate performance calibration sessions and coach managers on feedback delivery.
• Develop recognition, reward, and incentive programs to boost engagement and align with company values.
• Promote culture‑building initiatives, knowledge‑sharing activities, and diversity, inclusion, and empowerment programs.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in HR development, learning & development, and organizational design.
• Proven ability to design and implement performance management and compensation frameworks.
• Strong analytical skills to assess training impact and organizational effectiveness.
• Experience working in a regulated industry such as pharmaceutical manufacturing is preferred.
