Information Processing Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a highly organized and detail‑oriented Information Processing Specialist to collect, verify, and maintain data across multiple databases, spreadsheets, and internal systems. The role supports efficient business operations by ensuring data accuracy and following established processes.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, review, and organize information from various sources.
• Enter and update data accurately in databases, spreadsheets, and internal systems.
• Verify information for accuracy, completeness, consistency, and proper formatting.
• Identify and correct errors, duplicate records, and missing information.
• Perform data validation, quality‑control checks, and resolve discrepancies with relevant teams.
• Maintain digital records, files, and documentation.
• Prepare spreadsheets, reports, summaries, and other internal information.
• Track processing activities, pending items, and completed tasks.
• Follow established information‑processing procedures and confidentiality standards.
• Support internal teams with data‑related requests and suggest improvements for accuracy and efficiency.

Required profile

• Previous experience in information processing, data entry, data management, administration, or operations.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large volumes of information.
• Excellent organizational, time‑management, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with remote teams.
• Reliable, methodical, and proactive approach to meeting productivity and accuracy deadlines.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency with Google Sheets.
• Experience working with databases and digital information systems.
