Information Systems Intern

About the role

Grand Hyatt Amman is seeking an Information Systems Intern to support its IT operations. The placement offers a hands‑on introduction to hospitality technology, allowing the intern to work alongside experienced IS professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with day‑to‑day information systems support for hotel staff.
• Participate in hardware and software maintenance tasks.
• Support network administration activities, including troubleshooting connectivity issues.
• Help manage hotel applications and asset inventories.
• Contribute to information security awareness initiatives.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree program in Information Systems, Information Technology or a related field.
• Strong command of English and Arabic.
• Eligibility to work in Jordan (Jordanian ID required).

Required skills

• Computer hardware knowledge.
• Software installation and troubleshooting.
• Basic network administration.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
