IT- ECM Developer

About the role

This role contributes to the development, maintenance, testing and support of Enterprise Content Management (ECM) solutions and workflow systems, in line with business requirements, technical designs and approved development and quality standards. It covers development tasks, defect resolution, testing, deployment and operational support to ensure solution stability, quality and business continuity.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, modify and maintain ECM solutions and workflow processes, keeping them maintainable and scalable
• Program, develop and integrate the ECM system with related systems, applications, APIs and components, following coding standards and information security requirements
• Turn approved requirements and designs into working solutions, escalating unclear technical requirements to the supervisor
• Carry out unit testing and take part in SIT and UAT, fixing defects and retesting before handover
• Analyze and resolve defects, contribute to root cause analysis and improve solution stability
• Take part in deployments and support the production environment, monitoring performance and proposing technical enhancements
• Work with Business Analysis, QA, Architecture, Integration, ICT and other teams, tracking project plans, risks and dependencies
• Maintain technical documentation and follow policies, standards and security requirements
• Act as a member of the Business Continuity Plan and emergency response teams

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology or a related field
• At least 3 years of practical experience in software development, ECM systems, workflow systems or a similar field
• Good command of English
• Planning, organizational, verbal communication and interpersonal skills; accuracy and attention to detail under pressure
