IT Systems Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a customer‑focused IT Systems Specialist to deliver managed IT services across multiple client environments in Amman. The role involves endpoint, network and Microsoft 365 management, hardware support, and both remote and onsite client assistance.

Key responsibilities

• Deploy, configure, image and maintain Windows 11 endpoints, manage patching, protection and backups.
• Diagnose, repair and upgrade desktops, laptops, peripherals and prepare Bills of Materials.
• Install, configure and troubleshoot wired and wireless networks, VLANs, VPNs, DNS, DHCP and firewalls.
• Administer Microsoft 365 tenants, users, groups, licences and support Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint and OneDrive.
• Handle incidents and service requests through the ITSM platform, ensuring SLA compliance.
• Participate in client meetings, technical assessments and contribute to solution proposals and Statements of Work.
• Maintain up‑to‑date client documentation, asset records, network diagrams and knowledge‑base articles.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in IT, Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
• 2–4 years of hands‑on experience in IT support, systems administration, networking or Microsoft 365.
• Experience in a Managed Service Provider or multi‑client environment is strongly preferred.
• Fluent in English and Arabic, with strong written and spoken communication skills.
• Valid Jordanian driving licence and ownership of a reliable personal vehicle.
• Current CompTIA Network+ or Cisco CCNA certification at the time of hiring.

Required skills

• Windows 11 endpoint management and imaging.
• Microsoft 365 administration (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive).
• Networking fundamentals: TCP/IP, VLAN, DNS, DHCP, VPN, routing, switching, Wi‑Fi.
• Hardware diagnostics, repair and configuration.
• Backup and recovery procedures, endpoint protection.
• ITSM, PSA and RMM platform usage.
