About the role
Join BairesDev’s Incident Response Team as a Java Technical Support Engineer. You will monitor Java‑based applications, respond to alerts, and resolve issues to keep critical systems running smoothly. The position is fully remote and open to professionals at various experience levels who are passionate about Java and technical support.
Key responsibilities
- Provide technical support coverage during business hours.
- Monitor system performance and respond promptly to alerts.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in Java applications.
- Document incidents and solutions for knowledge sharing.

Required profile
- Experience with Java development and troubleshooting.
