Junior Salesforce Administrator

About the role

Equiti is looking for a motivated Junior Salesforce Administrator to join its Product Team in Amman. This entry‑level position offers the chance to work in a fast‑paced, regulated fintech environment, supporting the daily operation and evolution of the company’s Salesforce CRM.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑line support to internal users, resolve queries and escalate complex issues.
• Create and maintain custom objects, fields, page layouts, record types and validation rules.
• Build and manage workflows, Process Builder automations and approval processes.
• Perform data quality audits, deduplication, and import/export tasks using Data Loader.
• Administer user accounts, profiles, roles, permission sets and access controls.
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards for sales, operations and compliance.
• Assist with sandbox management, change sets, deployments and testing of new features.
• Document system configurations, processes and user guides.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and support UAT.

Required profile

• Recent graduate or Salesforce‑certified professional eager to grow in fintech.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Good communication skills for interacting with business users.
