Junior Structural Engineer – Design Team

About the role
We are looking for a motivated Junior Structural Engineer to join our design team. You will support the creation and analysis of structural solutions for a variety of building and infrastructure projects, working closely with architects, MEP engineers, and senior staff.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in structural design and analysis for buildings and infrastructure.
- Prepare detailed drawings and calculations for concrete and steel structures.
- Coordinate with architects and MEP teams to ensure design integration.
- Participate in peer reviews and BIM/model coordination activities.
- Develop project management and client communication skills through on‑the‑job learning.
Required profile
- Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering with a strong academic record.
- 0–3 years of relevant experience, including internships or co‑ops.
- Attention to detail, strong problem‑solving abilities, and good communication skills.
Required skills
- Familiarity with structural analysis software such as ETABS, SAP2000, or SAFE.
- Proficiency in CAD and BIM tools for drawing production and model coordination.
