Junior Videographer & Video Editor

About the role

Mandera, a marketing and branding agency in Amman, is looking for a Junior Videographer & Video Editor to join its creative team. This full‑time, on‑site position is ideal for a recent graduate eager to develop hands‑on experience in content production for social media, branding and commercial projects.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in planning, shooting and editing video content for various campaigns.
• Operate cameras and set up lighting to capture high‑quality footage.
• Edit videos for social media platforms, branding projects and commercial productions using industry‑standard software.
• Collaborate with the creative team to bring content ideas to life.

Required profile

• Fresh graduate in Film Production, Media, Multimedia, Digital Media or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of videography, camera operation and visual storytelling.
• Familiarity with video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut or DaVinci Resolve.
• Strong attention to detail, creative mindset and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment with good organizational and time‑management skills.
• Portfolio, university projects or personal creative work is a plus.
