Mechanic – Property Vehicle Maintenance

About the role

We are seeking a reliable Mechanic to support the Dead Sea Marriott Resort & Spa by maintaining the fleet of property vehicles, including engineering trucks, shuttle vans, and electric carts. The role ensures all vehicles operate safely and efficiently, contributing to the smooth daily operations of the resort.

Key responsibilities

• Perform routine checks on oil, fluid levels, tire pressure, and wear.
• Charge batteries, replace spark plugs, and conduct basic mechanical repairs.
• Carry out preventative maintenance on tools and equipment, including cleaning and lubrication.
• Maintain inventory of parts and supplies, requisitioning items as needed.
• Log daily operation, maintenance, and safety activities, documenting test results and equipment issues.
• Follow all company safety policies, report hazards, and store flammable materials properly.

Required profile

• Technical, trade, or vocational school degree.
• At least 2 years of experience in vehicle or equipment maintenance.
• No supervisory experience required.
• Ability to lift and move objects up to 50 lb without assistance.
