Microsoft Power Platform Developer - Consultant / Senior Consultant

About the role

EY is looking for a highly skilled Microsoft Power Platform Developer (Consultant or Senior Consultant) to join its Jordan Resources Hub in Amman. The role suits someone with extensive hands-on experience building Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, Dataverse, Power BI, JavaScript and C# plugins, and a strong grasp of solution architecture, integration patterns, governance and ALM.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain Model-Driven and Canvas Apps for complex business processes.
• Build, optimize and support Power Automate cloud and desktop flows.
• Develop and customize Power Pages websites, customer portals and external-facing apps.
• Configure and administer Dataverse, including tables, relationships, forms, views, business rules, security roles and business process flows.
• Develop server-side logic with C# plugins, custom APIs, custom workflow activities and the Dataverse SDK.
• Create client-side customizations with JavaScript, including form scripting, command bar customizations and responsive UI enhancements.
• Integrate Power Platform solutions with Azure services, REST APIs, Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365 and third-party systems.
• Build Power BI dashboards, reports and analytics solutions.
• Implement security, governance, compliance and role-based access controls.
• Manage solution packaging, deployment, environment strategies and ALM using Azure DevOps and Power Platform Pipelines.
• Troubleshoot complex application, integration, performance and portal issues, review code and prepare technical documentation.
• Work with business stakeholders, functional consultants, architects and project teams, and stay current with technologies such as Copilot Studio, AI Builder and Power Platform Agents.

Required profile

• 3 to 5 years of experience as a consultant or senior consultant in Power Platform and Dynamics 365 development.
• Experience delivering large-scale enterprise digital transformation initiatives and building secure, scalable, high-performing applications.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum environments and DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, source control and automated deployments using Azure DevOps and Git.
• Preferred: Microsoft certifications (PL-400, PL-200, PL-600, PL-100, AZ-204) and experience with Copilot Studio, AI Builder, Power Platform Agents, Azure OpenAI Services, Dynamics 365 CE/CRM and enterprise integration platforms.
