Mid-Level Backend Developer

About the role

Dar, a member of the Sidara group, is seeking a Mid-Level Backend Developer to join its technology team. In this position you will help solve data integration, processing, and automation challenges while collaborating with cross‑functional teams to deliver scalable solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement efficient data storage strategies to ensure availability and prevent loss.
• Support architectural decisions and contribute to design discussions.
• Enhance existing features and develop new functionalities for Dar’s products.
• Assist with continuous integration (CI) processes and identify improvement areas.
• Collaborate with various teams to address specific business use cases.
• Troubleshoot performance and scalability issues alongside senior developers.
• Participate in code reviews, pair programming, and knowledge‑sharing sessions.
• Engage in Agile development cycles and SCRUM meetings, providing regular updates.
• Write secure, testable, and scalable code following current best practices.
• Contribute to reusable code libraries and ensure code meets multi‑project requirements.
• Support data analysis, code troubleshooting, and testing to maintain backend efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3‑6 years of professional backend development experience.
• Proven problem‑solving ability and experience collaborating with senior developers.
• Strong communication skills for effective teamwork and project organization.
