Mid-Term & Long-Term Rental Property Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Property Manager to oversee mid‑term and long‑term rental portfolios. The role involves balancing landlord expectations with tenant satisfaction while ensuring properties remain well‑maintained and compliant.

Key responsibilities

• Manage tenant relationships, communications, and lease agreements.
• Coordinate property maintenance, repairs, and regular inspections.
• Screen and onboard new tenants efficiently.
• Handle rent collection, follow‑up on arrears, and produce financial reports.
• Ensure properties comply with local rental regulations.
• Liaise with property owners, providing regular performance updates.
• Maintain listings across platforms and minimise vacancy periods.

Required profile

• Proven experience in property management, preferably with mid‑term or long‑term rentals.
• Strong communication and organisational abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple properties and prioritise tasks effectively.
• Problem‑solver mindset focused on tenant satisfaction.
• Familiarity with lease agreements and tenancy laws is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with property management software such as Buildium.
• Experience with property management software such as AppFolio.
