Multi-Property Reservations Agent

About the role

The Multi-Property Reservations Agent is responsible for handling all reservation inquiries for The St. Regis Amman. You will work directly with guests via phone, fax or mail to secure bookings, manage changes and process cancellations while delivering a high‑standard hospitality experience.

Key responsibilities

• Process reservation requests, changes and cancellations received by phone, fax or mail.
• Identify guest needs, recommend appropriate room types and verify availability and rates.
• Explain guarantee, special rate and cancellation policies to callers.
• Document and accommodate special requests and answer questions about property facilities and services.
• Apply sales techniques to maximize revenue and input accurate data into the reservation system.
• Code special room types such as complimentary rooms, employee discounts, travel‑agent rates and wholesale reservations.
• Escalate guest concerns following proper procedures.
• Maintain professional appearance, confidentiality of proprietary information and protect company assets.
• Welcome and assist all guests, including those with disabilities, using clear and courteous language.
• Support team goals, comply with quality‑assurance standards and perform other reasonable duties as assigned.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• No prior related work experience required.
• Ability to follow company policies, maintain professionalism and handle confidential information.
• Physical ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull or place objects weighing up to 10 pounds.
