Multi Property Spa Director

About the role

The Multi Property Spa Director will oversee all spa operations for W Amman Hotel and The St Regis Amman Hotel, ensuring high‑quality services, guest satisfaction and strong financial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day spa operations, including salon, skin‑care, fitness, massage, reception and locker rooms.
• Develop and control budgets, monitor actual versus projected sales, and ensure revenue targets are met.
• Select vendors, oversee retail product research, purchasing, display and inventory control, including uniforms and supplies.
• Design and implement spa sales and marketing strategies, special group services, promotions, gifting programs and co‑marketing initiatives.
• Lead payroll management, expense control (amenities, linen, salon products, décor) and overall cost efficiency.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, coach staff, and maintain a clean, safe environment.
• Coordinate with hotel management and other departments to integrate spa offerings into property marketing.

Required profile

• Associate degree (2‑year) in Business Administration, Hotel & Restaurant Management or related field with at least 4 years relevant experience, or a bachelor’s degree with at least 2 years experience in spa operations, guest services, front‑desk, sales or marketing.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, vendor relationships and staff in a hospitality setting.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
