Outbound Tourism & Ticketing Officer

About the role

We are looking for an Outbound Tourism & Ticketing Officer to manage airline reservations, issue tickets, and create complete travel packages for our clients. The role combines customer service, sales, and coordination with airlines, hotels, and travel partners to deliver seamless outbound travel experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Handle airline reservations, ticket issuance, rebooking, cancellations, and refunds.
• Prepare and issue tickets according to client requirements and fare rules.
• Design and arrange outbound travel packages, including flights, hotels, transfers, tours, and other services.
• Communicate with airlines, hotels, suppliers, and B2B travel partners to confirm travel services.
• Provide accurate information on visa requirements, baggage allowances, flight schedules, and travel regulations.
• Maintain detailed records of bookings, tickets, payments, and customer data.
• Address customer inquiries and complaints professionally, offering effective solutions.
• Promote outbound tourism products and contribute to sales targets.

• Good geographical knowledge of international destinations and travel seasons.

Required skills

• Proficiency with GDS systems such as Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre.
• Experience in airline reservation, ticketing, rebooking, cancellations, refunds, and fare rules.
• Familiarity with B2B hotel booking platforms and other travel-related systems.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
• Good written and spoken English; additional language (French, German, or Spanish) is a plus.
