About the role
The Owners Lounge F&B Service Expert delivers memorable guest experiences by providing attentive food and beverage service, ensuring every interaction reflects the brand’s Gold Standards.
Key responsibilities
- Set tables, communicate orders to the kitchen, and serve guests with professionalism.
- Maintain clean work areas, manage supplies, and handle guest transactions as part of the overall experience.
- Move, lift, and carry objects up to 25 lb unaided (50 lb with assistance) while standing, walking, or navigating uneven surfaces.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Less than 1 year of related food‑and‑beverage service experience.
- No supervisory experience or specific licenses required.
