About the role

The Owners Lounge F&B Service Expert delivers memorable guest experiences by providing attentive food and beverage service, ensuring every interaction reflects the brand’s Gold Standards.

Key responsibilities

Set tables, communicate orders to the kitchen, and serve guests with professionalism.
Maintain clean work areas, manage supplies, and handle guest transactions as part of the overall experience.
Move, lift, and carry objects up to 25 lb unaided (50 lb with assistance) while standing, walking, or navigating uneven surfaces.

Required profile

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
Less than 1 year of related food‑and‑beverage service experience.
No supervisory experience or specific licenses required.
