Presales Engineer – Mendix & App Modernization

About the role

The Presales Engineer (Mendix & App Modernization) joins the Digital Solutions team to bridge technical expertise with business development. You will design solutions, create technical proposals, and deliver demos to help win new customers across the GCC region (excluding UAE).

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales to translate customer challenges into high‑level solution architectures.
• Lead discovery sessions, workshops, and technical discussions with prospects.
• Prepare technical proposals, statements of work, and respond to RFP/RFI inquiries.
• Build and deliver solution demos and proof‑of‑concept applications aligned with customer use cases.
• Create architecture diagrams, workflows, and technical documentation.
• Support delivery teams with effort estimation, resource planning, and implementation guidance.
• Maintain reusable solution templates, demo environments, and proposal assets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in presales, solutions engineering, or technical consulting.
• Mendix certification (Rapid Developer or Advanced Developer) strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with GCC market dynamics and enterprise clients is an advantage.
