Presentation & Proposal Design Specialist – MENA

About the role

We are seeking a Proposal Design Specialist to join our Clients & Industries (C&I) team within the Markets Enablement function, based in Pakistan, Jordan, or Lebanon. In this role you will support strategic, high‑value pursuits across the MENA region by creating compelling visual concepts, proposal designs, presentations, and client‑facing materials that bring EY’s value proposition to life.

Key responsibilities

• Develop visually compelling proposals, presentations, executive summaries and other client‑facing materials aligned with EY’s brand standards.
• Create innovative graphics, infographics, charts, illustrations and layouts that translate complex information into clear visual stories.
• Participate in pursuit kick‑off meetings, strategy sessions, proposal reviews and oral preparation workshops.
• Collaborate with proposal specialists, deal teams and subject‑matter experts to produce integrated, high‑impact pursuit collateral.
• Introduce new formats, interactive content and creative approaches to continuously improve proposal design effectiveness.

Required profile

• Strong graphic‑design and visual‑communication capabilities with a creative mindset.
• Excellent attention to detail, high quality standards and ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Proven stakeholder‑management and collaboration skills across multidisciplinary teams.
• Ability to work independently while handling multiple projects simultaneously.

Required skills

• Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Acrobat Pro)
• Microsoft PowerPoint (executive‑level presentation design)
• Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
