Junior Multimedia Graphic Designer

About the role

INGOT is looking for a Junior Multimedia Graphic Designer to support the Design and Marketing teams in creating engaging visual content for digital, social, video, motion graphics, presentations, campaigns and internal communications.

Key responsibilities

• Create social media posts, digital ads, website visuals, banners, presentations, email graphics and campaign materials.
• Produce basic motion graphics, animated social content, video transitions and short‑form videos, adding typography, music, subtitles and simple animation.
• Use AI tools for concept development, mood boards, image/video generation and design variations, then refine outputs in Adobe applications.
• Prepare production‑ready files for digital and print, edit images, retouch and composite visual assets.
• Collaborate with designers, content creators and marketers, receive feedback and manage tasks against deadlines.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Visual Communication, Animation or related field.
• Fresh graduate up to two years of professional, internship or freelance experience.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating graphic design, digital content, motion graphics or video editing.
• Good command of English; Arabic is a plus.
• Interest in financial markets, fintech or digital marketing is advantageous.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Acrobat and Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of Figma, Adobe Firefly, AI image‑generation and video‑generation tools.
• Familiarity with AI‑assisted editing, upscaling tools, Cinema 4D or Blender is a plus.
