Procurement & Supply Chain Manager / Sr. Manager

About the role

The Procurement & Supply Chain Manager will lead strategic sourcing, budgeting and vendor management to drive cost savings and operational efficiency. Reporting to senior leadership, the role ensures compliance with procurement policies and supports early procurement involvement across projects.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in developing the annual budget and present procurement plans to CFO and CEO for approval.
• Identify and create ventures or alliances that add value to the company.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies, recommending updates as needed.
• Lead negotiations for strategic and IT projects, adding special terms to mitigate contractual risks.
• Introduce new vendors and strategic sourcing approaches to maximize savings.
• Develop processes to expedite the Request‑To‑Procure (RTP) cycle and promote Early Procurement Involvement.
• Monitor inventory stock levels, manage customs clearance for foreign shipments, and oversee site rent for network sites.
• Analyze distributor electricity bills and manage related negotiations.

Required profile

• Advanced experience in procurement, supply chain or related fields.
• Proven leadership skills, including team development, performance evaluation and succession planning.
• Ability to assign roles, set objectives and provide regular feedback to achieve goals.
• Strong budget management aligned with departmental and corporate strategy.
