Product Design Lead

About the role

Equiti is looking for a Lead Product Designer to own and evolve the shared product surfaces of its fintech platform. Based in Amman, you will shape the experience across web, iOS and Android, ensuring seamless navigation and personalized dashboards for traders worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Lead design of global navigation, home/dashboard, acquisition, onboarding, account and settings flows across web, iOS and Android.
• Own and evolve Equiti’s design system, including component libraries, token architecture and interaction patterns.
• Define information architecture and navigation that connects CFDs, shares, gold, mutual funds and financial goals.
• Optimize acquisition and onboarding flows to improve activation, KYC completion, funding and first‑trade conversion.
• Partner with product managers, engineers and regional feature teams to scale shared services.
• Use quantitative data and qualitative research to identify friction, prioritize improvements and validate design decisions.
• Champion accessibility, localization and regulatory compliance across multi‑region flows.
• Collaborate with the Design Systems team to contribute, test and govern shared components.

Required profile

• Detail‑oriented professional with proven experience leading product design for complex, multi‑platform applications.
• Strong collaboration skills, able to work with product, engineering and research teams across regions.
• Commitment to accessibility, localization and regulatory considerations in fintech.
