Product Design Lead

About the role

Equiti is seeking a Product Design Lead to shape end‑to‑end experiences for its fintech products. Based in Amman, you will work across mobile and web platforms, collaborating with product managers, engineers, and designers to deliver polished, production‑ready designs.

Key responsibilities

• Design complete user experiences from flows and wireframes to high‑fidelity UI and interactive prototypes.
• Translate product requirements and user insights into clear, well‑reasoned design solutions.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers throughout discovery, definition, and delivery phases.
• Contribute to and maintain Equiti’s design system, ensuring consistency across products.
• Participate in user research and usability testing, iterating designs based on findings.
• Design for a global audience, including multilingual and RTL (Arabic) experiences.
• Present work, give and receive constructive feedback, and support design QA during implementation.

Required profile

• 5+ years of product design experience on consumer‑facing digital products.
• Experience working in cross‑functional agile product teams.
• Strong visual and interaction design skills with a portfolio of shipped products.
• Clear written and verbal communication, comfortable presenting design decisions.
• Collaborative, low‑ego attitude with genuine curiosity about users.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Figma, including components, variables, and prototyping.
• Solid grasp of UX fundamentals, information architecture, usability principles, and accessibility.
• Ability to balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
