Senior Multimedia Designer & Content Creator

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Multimedia Designer & Content Creator to lead design projects, mentor junior talent, and deliver high‑quality visual content for digital and social media platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all design elements from conception to final delivery.
• Review and guide the work of junior designers, providing constructive feedback.
• Design and animate motion graphics, explainer videos, and promotional content.
• Listen to client and team needs, develop innovative ideas, and communicate them effectively.
• Delegate design tasks and support junior team members.
• Maintain high standards of quality for all deliverables.
• Stay up‑to‑date with the latest design trends, tools, and AI‑driven innovations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of experience in graphic design, content creation, or a related role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing advanced multimedia design, motion graphics, and visual storytelling.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
