Product Specialist – Jordan

About the role

As a Product Specialist for Aspen in Jordan, you will promote Aspen’s healthcare products to physicians, pharmacists and other healthcare professionals within an assigned territory. You will build strong relationships, convey key brand messages and work toward achieving sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct daily face‑to‑face calls with physicians and pharmacists to present Aspen products.
• Organise and execute AVAs, promotional activities and medical educational events.
• Achieve assigned sales targets for the designated territory.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date customer database and submit daily call reports and weekly sales trackers.
• Stay informed on the latest clinical data and discuss findings with healthcare professionals.
• Provide accurate market feedback on competition, new product concepts and customer needs.
• Perform ongoing market analysis and identify marketing opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (B.Sc).
• Minimum of 2 years experience in pharmaceutical sales.
• Strong market knowledge and ability to build sustainable relationships with HCPs.
• Flexibility, resilience to stress and a proactive problem‑solving attitude.
