About the role
EFS Facilities Services is seeking a highly organized Project Administrator / Project Coordinator to support project operations in Jordan. The role ensures smooth administration, effective stakeholder communication, and timely tracking of deliverables across facilities‑management, waste‑management, logistics, and construction projects.
Key responsibilities
- Provide day‑to‑day administrative and coordination support to project teams.
- Manage project documentation, records, reports, correspondence, meeting minutes, schedules, and filing systems.
- Coordinate project activities, follow up on action items, deliverables, deadlines, and pending tasks.
- Prepare and maintain project trackers, status reports, dashboards, and performance updates for management.
- Organize meetings, prepare agendas, document minutes, and ensure closure of action points.
- Support preparation of presentations, reports, and administrative documentation using Microsoft Office tools.
- Collaborate with finance, procurement, HR, logistics, and operations teams for project‑related documentation.
- Ensure project records comply with company standards and audit requirements.
Required profile
- 2–5 years of experience in project administration, coordination, or operations support.
- Detail‑oriented and highly organized with strong follow‑up capabilities.
- Ability to work in fast‑paced, project‑based environments.
Required skills
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
