About the role
The Property Sales Manager will drive sales initiatives for The Westin Saraya Aqaba Resort & Spa, focusing on building long‑term, value‑based relationships with customers and partners. The role is responsible for turning sales opportunities into booked business while ensuring seamless hand‑over to event and operations teams.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and nurture relationships with existing and prospective customers through sales calls, entertainment events, FAM trips, and trade shows.
- Coordinate with off‑property sales channels to avoid duplication and maximize coverage.
- Participate in sales calls, generate proposals, draft contracts, and manage customer correspondence.
- Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and target customer data to identify new business opportunities.
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales cycle to increase loyalty and account share.
Required profile
- 2‑year degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel & Restaurant Management or related field with at least 3 years of sales/marketing experience, OR a 4‑year bachelor’s degree with at least 1 year of relevant experience.
- Proven ability to achieve personal sales targets and contribute to overall location revenue goals.
